Our target is to thoroughly know and understand the territory, to learn the rhythms of nature and its energy. In the initial phases of our work, we asked ourselves what winemaking meant to us and the response was that, for us it means to interpret the territory and subsequently each vintage, allowing the grapes to express themselves and where they come from. It is the result of all the variables that enter into play when you work with “life” and living materials. To achieve this goal, we identified Biodynamics as the agricultural technique and philosophy that could be a guide for us. In this path we also consider important to use technologies for Agriculture 4.0. The winery has been a partner since 2018 in the LIFE ZeowIne Project, which seeks new solutions to improve soil protection and fertility and the quality of grapes and wine. In summary, our philosophy is the search for sustainability in human development in all its forms.
